Together, we’ll begin building a plan rooted in compassion, nourishment, and sustainability, rather than restriction or shame.
Follow-up sessions are where real change happens. These appointments are a space to process wins and challenges, explore emotions around food and body, and continue building skills that support trust and nourishment.
Each session is guided by what you need that day, whether that’s practical strategies, emotional support, or simply a place to talk things through.
